1963 Lamborghini 350GTV Mock-up

For many, many years now, it had been reported in some publications that there were 2 350 GTVs constructed in 1963. This proven to be false but the numbers nevertheless remained in these print with no indication as to where or how this misinformation came to be.

It appears that we have finally discovered the basis for the belief that their were 2 GTVs. This very interesting full scale mock-up recently made it's appearance, after a full restoration, at Tonino Lamborghini's museum in Dosso. The engineless car is finished in the origianl Blu Ischia color that also covered the GTV prototype in 1963.

A very big thank you to the Lamborghini enthusiast who shot these photos. If you have the chance to visit Tonino's museum it would be an excellent opportunity to check out this facinating piece before heading to the factory museum to see the very much evolved GTV prototype.
