#HLA12091 was sold to the first owner in Saudi Arabia in 1987. The present owner is only the second. He acquired the car in 1989 after the first owner had returned to the UK with his collection of Supercars. The Countach had only done sufficient mileage to to have its first (1,000 km) service stamp. To this date (July 2001) the car has only done approximately 30,000 km which appears to be confirmed by the full service history with Carrera Sport of Haywards Heath, all of which will be supplied with the car.

The owner's family has now grown to the point where he can no longer justify owning this hedonistic vehicle and so it was offered for sale at Coys of Kensington in July 2001. In earlier times he and his wife enjoyed many memorable trips to Le Mans and the South of France, in his words: "effortlessly soaking up the miles and speeding tickets!"

This Countach is a very sound, original car that has been mechanically maintained to very high standards. The black coachwork makes the car seem even sleeker and the white leather interior makes the cockpit seem much roomier. The owner describes it as a really nice, well sorted, usable supercar.
