This is the first Espada prototype that was influenced by the Bertone Jaguar Pirana and designed by Bertone as the possible production version of the Marzal show car.

This particular car has been obtained by Tonino Lamborghini for the museum dedicated to his father. It has been restored, though incomplete, and can be seen (bottom left) wearing the RHD interior from S2 Espada #8888.
