This Dark Red (maroon "rosso"?)/Tan S3 is believe to be a U.S. spec car sincce it has the rubber bumpers. It was in Texas (from WHEN? Since new?) until Christmas 1988. It has been with one owner in Los Angeles ever since. The present owner (as of April 2001) Roy Jensen, is also in Los Angeles. The car is a 5-speed with wire wheels. The previous owner claimed that the car had won a concours in Monterey around 1990.
