Worlwide premiere of Valentino Balboni’s exhaust at Concorso Italiano

Sant’Agata Bolognese, 26 August 2016

Valentino Balboni presented the first achievement of his new brand VB at Concorso Italiano (Monterey Bay, California), on August 20, 2016: an amazing state of the art, limited edition, ultralight titanium exhaust for the almighty Lamborghini Aventador LP-750 SV.

Valentino Balboni ExhaustAfter the unveiling of a static exhaust, a roaring appearance of an eye-catching yellow Aventador Roadster SV gave everybody the chance to listen to the most emotional feature of this product: the new dimension in sound.

And the reactions among the public were ecstatic.

Valentino Balboni said: “My goal was not to create the loudest exhaust but an incredibly light exhaust to free the melody of the V12 engine, with no sound artifacts. It’s all about the purity of sound. I wanted to create a piece of Art, so that I can imagine some owners willing to expose it in their living room on the titanium pedestal instead of mounting it on the car.”

With a startling total weight of 13.8 lbs (6.3 kg) and only 30 numbered pieces produced, it requires more than 350 hours to manufacture each piece. The first units will be delivered in the forthcoming weeks and deliveries will be completed by Spring 2017.

“It was always my dream to share my passion with Lamborghini owners and all fans around the world and VB brand is the perfect link.” Balboni said, “this first exhaust is for the Aventador SV, the flagship of Lamborghini, and I wanted to create the best exhaust for the best Lamborghini, but I am receiving requests for other models which I take into serious consideration. This product has been engineered following my specific technical requests and any other future possible exhaust will need the same accuracy.”
