The Coltrin archive shows this as the 2nd Prototype, therefore 0862. Pre-production model. This second prototype was built on the first show chassis as seen in Turin in 1965.

Supplied for publicity purposes to Marchese Gerino Gerini, the leading Italian concessionaire.

0862 has an interesting feature (also on 0706), a trap door on the roof, which is a sliding panel operated from the inside, to let the air out of the cockpit.
