March 31, 1972 - Purchased by Richard Pokorski and exported from Rome, Italy, to Detroit, Michigan, on March 31, 1972. The price was stated as $5000. It was titled in Detroit, Michigan on 12/15/72.
March 8, 1974 - Next to La Jolla, California on March 8, 1974. There was a significant amount of mechanical work done at Modena Motors in Redwood City dated June 19, 1976.
January 11, 1977 - Body work and the silver paint job at Metal Craft in San Leandro, California, on January 11, 1977.
Sometime in 1977 - Sold to Ron Spinali.
September 1981 - Purchased by current owner for $26,500from Bruce Trenery at Fantasy Junction in Emeryville, California, and driven over the next 3 days to to its new home near Austin, Texas.
The car has its original engine, # 1914. It still has its original interior, which is listed as black, but it has as much "graphite grey" (dash, console and carpets) as black in it. The car was originally white, but has been repainted once (1973 Porsche Silver). The engine is today being rebuilt with split sump modifications.
Currently resides near Austin, Texas.
