1969 Miura P400
Chassis #3952
Engine #2871
Prod. #337.
6 Mar 1969.
Incorrectly noted in Coltrin/Marchet book as Right-Hand-Drive. Original Left-Hand-Drive car supplied to Italian dealer Lamborauto in Turin, Italy as confirmed by the original 1974 factory production register. "Verde Miura" (lime green), "Skai beige" (beige leatherette) seats and door panels, "Testa di Moro" (dark brown) dashboard and center console.
Laguna Niguel, California.
August 2006 - 3952 remains as corrosion-free, uncompleted restoration project, with original engine, chassis and body in a state of partial completion. Prospective restorers should consider this: the car's original color was the ultimate Miura livery for the 1960s icon: "Verde Miura", or Lime Green to most.
